ELABORATION
Varieties: Graciano, Grenache, Tempranillo and Mazuela.
Manual harvesting in 18 kg boxes.
The grapes are taken to fermentation tanks by gravity after being destemmed and crushed.
Fermentation for 20 days at 25ºC, making slight pump-overs to make a selective extraction.
Aged for 16 months in 700-litre oak foudres and barrels.
