CATA's notes:- Color: Cherry red
- Nose: notes of compote red fruits and floral features
- Palate: Silky and balanced with a long finish, with smooth integrated tannins, good acidity.
Processing and aging:
Harvested by hand in a 15 kg box. Double selection table, the grapes are chilled before being prepared, three days of cold maceration, fermentation with autochthonous yeasts in small deposits with controlled temperature, three daily bazuqueos and malolactic in barrel. 6 months aging on deposit, 4 months French oak and 6 months in bottle.
