- View: Cherry color with medium and bright intensity.
- Nose: Aromas of mountain herbs, red fruit and dry stone with balsamic notes.
- Mouth: Good fruit load in the mouth , with dry but ripe tannins.
ELABORATION
Made at 100% with Grenache coming from the Marañones area.
Vineyard from 50 to 70 years old. granite soil . Silt-sandy texture . Soil depth from 50 to 100 cm. Altitude between 750 and 850 m. North orientation.
Breeding of 12 months in used 500 liter French oak barrels and foudres of 30 hl. Not subjected to stabilization, clarification or filtration processes.
