TASTING NOTES
- Appearance: Cherry colour.
- Nose: Unfolding complex aromas of berries, accompanied by spicy notes (vanilla, cocoa) and toast.
- Palate: Fleshy, round and structured. Sweet tannins that glide smoothly across the palate.
ELABORATION
Varieties: Tempranillo, Graciano, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache, Merlot.
Manual harvest at night.
Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 22ºC.
Aged for 12 months.
