  • Appearance: Intense cardinal color.
  • Nose: Concentrated and complex with aromas of black fruit, balsamic notes (lavender, eucalyptus) and aging (leather, cocoa).
  • Palate: Good structure of sweet tannins very polished and silky that combine perfectly with the sensations left by the aftertaste. Long and persistent finish.

CURIOSITIES

Bodega CYAN, is one of the most recognized and admired wineries by national and international critics, for the quality of its wines since it was founded in 1999.

Just 12 km from the Zamoran town of Toro, the landscape adopts the characteristic rhythm of the undulating forms of these lands with slopes of light slope and gentle hills. The winery is located on the road that connects Toro with Venialbo, shortly after the municipality of Valdefinjas. It consists of three naves, one of them half-buried, where the barrels rest, and the other two crowning a hill, from which you can see an impressive view of the region and its vineyards.

The La Calera estate has 100 hectares of vineyards, olive trees and pine forests, which gives it very special characteristics for the production of quality wines.
