TASTING NOTES
- Appearance: Intense pink color of "aframbuesados" tones.
- Nose: Aromas of red fruit, wild fryers and blueberries, with caramel notes and hints of lollipop. All accompanied by a subtle shade of fennel.
- Palate: Sweet entry, with good volume and structure. Balanced, round and refreshing.
ELABORATION
Varieties: Syrah 35%, Merlot 65%.
After passing the sanitary control, the bunches are destemmed and crushed, then a film maceration to get the most aromatic advantage of the variety and the desired color.
Extraction of the flower must and the must resulting from a gentle pressing in pneumatics.
The first fermentation takes place at low temperatures (16ºC).
For the second fermentation, the selected yeast strain is used with a sufficient duration to ensure foam intake and stability.

In Gramona Mustillant Rosat no chemical herbicides or pesticides have been applied, natural resources are used with the main objective of preserving the balance of the environment, spontaneous vegetation covers are also maintained to achieve spongy soils.
Through biodynamics, a step beyond ecology, they vivify the vineyards and seek to raise the levels of biodiversity: infusions and decoctions of plants are applied to avoid pests, their own preparations and animal and vegetable compost are made from a garden of medicinal plants and their farm of cows, sheep and horses.
