Tasting Note:
- Colour: Intense cherry colour.
- Aromas: Complex nose with black fruit aromas, especially blackberry. Great harmony of species such as cinnamon.
- Palate: Sweet and rounded tannin that has well assembled the acid fruit with the wood. Very fresh and structured which denotes great complexity in the mouth, with a long aftertaste.
Elaboration and aging:This wine is made from a selection of the best grapes from the oldest vineyards of Tempranillo, Graciano and Mazuelo. After a slow and careful controlled fermentation with periodical pumping over to extract the desired colour and aromas, this wine remained for 18 months in mixed American and French oak barrels, achieving a slow and harmonious evolution. Subsequently, it completed its aging for 18 months in the bottle before being released on the market.
