Tasting Notes:
Colour: intense cherry red.
Nose: notes of black fruit and stewed fruit, spicy, milky and long aftertaste.
Palate: elegant, smooth and silky with a long finish on the palate.
Winemaking and ageing:
Baigorri Crianza is a coupage of Garnacha, Tempranillo and a small proportion of other grapes typical of the area. The grapes are selected by hand and chosen using vibration and weight selection tables. Grapes are destemmed without crushing. Long, controlled maceration with temperature regulation in stainless steel tanks. Natural pumping over by gravity.
The ageing phase lasts 14 months in French and American oak barrels and the rest in bottle.
