THE VINEYARDS
Planted on vertiginous slopes of slate and quartz, they extend over an area of 13 hectares and are home to some of the most unique native varieties of the area. At Dominio del Urogallo they believe in biodynamic viticulture as the best way to express the authenticity of the land, using environmentally friendly techniques and fruit to achieve unique wines.
They bet on the native varieties of the area, some of them almost forgotten, to produce unique and singular wines.

At Dominio del Urogallo they know that the quality of our wines begins in the vineyard. Therefore, they work with fruit-friendly production techniques, without additives or filters.
Pésico Blanco is a white wine produced by Dominio del Urogallo in Cangas de Narcea (Asturias). A complex and elegant wine made with Albarín Blanco and Albillo, respecting the principles of biodynamic viticulture and made with the utmost respect for the fruit. Intense, elegant and seductive. It captivates the palate with its freshness and liveliness.
