TASTING NOTE:
- View: Bright, clean and bright red color
- Nose: Its aroma is rich in varietal expression and fresh red fruits
- Mouth: It is earthy and tasty, with a very fine acidity with toasted and elegant notes.
ELABORATION AND AGEING:
Aged for 10 months in Foudres with varieties such as Mencia 92%, Jerez-Valenciana 7%, Alicante bouschet 1%
The vineyards are treated organically without any type of pesticide or chemical herbicide.
CURIOSITIES:
The winery was created by Álvaro Palacios and his nephew Ricardo in 1999, in love with the potential of the area and the Mencía grape variety.
