La Conzia or extract (herbs and cold macerated aromatic plants in white wine) ages in American oak barrels, and is added to the base white wine, together with sugar, citric acid, caramel and alcohol.
It is an alcoholic, sweet, bitter and aromatic drink. A pleasure for the senses.
