Barbadillo Rosé is a friendly, fruity and easy to drink wine. It is a wine that stands out for being tasty and balanced, with great volume and smoothness, and an acidity that gives it freshness. It has been made from the Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon varieties, following a careful process by which it has been possible to extract all the aromas and sweetness of the grape, but without staining the must. Fermentation is directed in such a way as to reveal the freshest aromas of red fruits and flowers.
TASTING NOTES:
Appearance: Pale pink colour.
Nose: Perfumed, floral and fresh aroma. With notes of citrus, violets, cherry and roses.
Palate: In the mouth it is tasty and balanced. Great volume and smoothness. An acidity that brings freshness.
DENOMINATION OF ORIGIN: Tierra de Cádiz.
WINEMAKING: Made with Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon varieties.
CURIOSITIES: The history of Bodegas Barbadillo begins in the 19th century, when Benigno Barbadillo y Ortigüela, together with his cousin Manuel López Barbadillo, settled in Sanlúcar de Barrameda from Mexico, where Benigno had made his fortune. In 1821 they acquired their first winery, called "El Toro", a paradigm of Andalusian architecture, and witness to the origins of Bodegas Barbadillo.
