Tasting notes:
Purple intense and deep. elegant and delicate nose where black fruit (plum, blackberry) subtle hints of flowers (violet) and toasted nuances (cocoa, snuff) predominates. It is shown broad, silky and perfectly balanced on the palate. Here the view and perception aromatic nose is accented with a wider range of sensations, if possible.
Development and Aging:
The harvest is done with boxes of 20 kilos and from the vineyard enter a refrigerator truck zero degrees, so that the grape is maintained without changing until entering the tank. Made with grapes 100% fine Tinto (Tempranillo) from old vines in glass more than 70 years. Spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with temperature control without sulfur. Aged 16 months in French oak barrels new and semi new.
Curiosities:
A wine that comes under the vineyard, gnarled trunks and old who live anchored to the life that is seen underground, death that Mozart found before concluding his Requiem. This is another requiem lifetime. It is music, so hard to find in a wine: melody, rhythm and harmony. Wines, wines now yes, we reach the word wonder.
