Development and aging
It is made from grapes 100% Tinto Fino (Tempranillo) from vineyards owned estate winery that gives its name to the wine, located in Onesimus Quintanilla to 911 meters high. Grapes are harvested by hand in boxes of 15 kilograms, realinándose the despalillado after going through the selection table. Later the 'incubation is done in stainless steel tanks where cold maceration takes place and also the alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature of 22 ° C.
The wine is aged in barrels of French and American oak for 6 months.
Red cherry, high layer with violet tones. Fresh aromas, high fruitiness (casis- sarsaparilla), licorice, with hints of toasted fine woods like cedar. Sensations found in the nose are a perfect prologue to a velvety mouth and tasty. The fruitiness (youth) has a perfect balance with the elegance (aging in wood).
