TASTING:
Color: Beautiful cherry red color with reddish reflections.
Nose: clear, intense and expressive, with hints of ripe red fruits, such as strawberries, raspberries and currants, earthy and undergrowth notes, on a floral background and Mediterranean herbs.
Mouth: The palate is voluminous, it presents a polished and pleasant tannin, which is deposited layer upon layer on the tongue. Wonderful memories of red fruit, with a balsamic finish and a subtle touch of black pepper.
ELABORATION:
Preparation: The grapes were vinified without destemming and in a minimally interventionist way, spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts at mild and controlled temperatures.
Aging: 14 months in French oak barrels and 6 months in bottle.
