Blending completed with 35% reserve wines to preserve the Collet style.
Aged for a minimum of 3 years in its century-old limestone cellar.
CURIOSITIES
50% Meunier from the villages of Festigny, Bonneil, Reuil and the Ardre valley brings character, richness and tension to the wine.
30% Chardonnay from the southern region of Epernay, Etoges or Vitry-le-François brings tenderness, enjoyment and tonicity with notes of citrus and dried flowers.
20% of Pinot Noir brings structure and tension to the blend, thanks to the Crus de la Côte des Bar.
