CATA'S NOTES
Of an attractive purple ruby color, clean and bright.
Nose of medium-high intensity dominated by aromas of red fruit (cherry and raspberry), along with notes provided by its brief aging in the barrel (cocoa, toast).
Velvety and full on the palate, its fruity and persistent aftertaste stands out.
PREPARATION AND AGEING
Soils locally called gravel, very poor brown limestone lands, with very low rainfall. Preparation seeking less concentrated profiles of Aragonese Grenache, night harvests and low yields. Work on French wood used for 4 months. Another good job from Jorge Navascués.
