Tasting Notes:- Colour: ruby red, intense with flashes of tile acquired in its upbringing.
- Nose: very mineral, with hints of graphite, humus, black stones and recently worked earth, these mineral aromas are finely intertwined with notes of spices, balsamic and floral such as violet.
- Mouth: a very balanced wine, uniting power and elegance with a firm tannic load in the center of the mouth, without reconcentrations or aggressions. The aftertaste is ample and harmonious, returning the smoky and toasted notes acquired during its time in the barrel.
Elaboration and Ageing:It is aged for 17 months in new French Allier oak barrels. Since the 2014 vintage this wine changed its Coupage, for the first time in its 25 years of history that this wine changes. Changing its proportions to 35% Monastrell, 35% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Merlot, 15% Shiraz.
