TASTING NOTES
- Appearance: Bright yellow.
- Nose: Fruity, elegant and complex. Aromas of tropical fruits (passion fruit, mango) and others such as peach and apricot, on notes of herbs, anise and white flowers.
- Palate: Fresh and unctuous, tasty and deep.
ELABORATION
Made 100% with Verdejo.
Fermentation in new French oak barrels.
Subsequent aging of 7 months in the same barrel on its fine lees, with subsequent assembly in bottle.
