TASTING NOTES
- Appearance: Pale peach colour with reflections of pink mother-of-pearl.
- Nose: Aromas of melon, grapefruit and peach, accompanied by floral notes.
- Palate: Broad and silky. Fresh and persistent finish, with citrus notes and a hint of spice.
ELABORATION
Varieties: 56% Black Grenache, 25% Cinsault, 11% Syrah, 8% Mourvèdre.

Marcel Ott, after visiting numerous vineyards in France, found an estate that inspired him in 1896, in Proveza.
In this region, the cultivation of vines is a legacy of ancient times. Land was cheaper, but the vineyards had to be replanted.
Marcel Ott bought several estates and began to renovate them with the determined ambition to create great Provençal wines from noble grape varieties.
Today, 120 years later, Jean-François Ott has dedicated his life to his ancestor's love for the place. In 2004, Domaines Ott* teamed up with Louis Roederer and his fabulous selection of artisan winemakers.
