- Color : Cherry red color with purple reflections, good coat.
- Nose : Very nice on the nose with a fruit explosion. Floral notes in the background.
- Mouth : Very balanced on the palate despite its youth and freshness.
Processing and aging:
For the elaboration of the wine Lagariza once the alcoholic and malolactic fermentations are finished, the wine precipitates by natural decantation with several racking. After that, a minimum of 6 months remains in the steel tank, for later bottling and aging in the bottle.

Finca Millara is located in the Ribeira Sacra, a place full of magic, landscape and legend. A territory covered by the Romans and, later, the monks, in the middle ages. From that time the wine tradition of this area of Galicia starts.
