TASTING NOTES
- Appearance: Pale pink colour, clean and bright.
- Nose: Aromas of stone fruit and red fruit accompanied by notes of flowers with a fresh and pleasant background.
- Palate: Tasty and balanced. Aftertaste of ripe fruits. Long and persistent finish.
ELABORATION
100% Organic Tempranillo variety.
Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 14-16 ºC.
Aged on its own lees for 2 months.
