TASTING NOTES
- Appearance: Intense ruby colour with violet reflections.
- Nose: Complex aromas of red fruits, spices, tobacco and vanilla.
- Palate: Soft texture and great balance. Fine tannins accompanied by spicy notes and ageing.
ELABORATION
Variety: 90% Tempranillo, 10% Grenache.
Maceration in cement and natural fermentation.
Aged for 18 months in French oak barrels.
