TASTING NOTES

• Appearance: Cherry red color.
• Nose: Toasted aromas of wood along with perfumed notes such as sandalwood and cedar. Presence of red fruit reminiscent of cherry and ripe cherry.
• Palate: Round and velvety with a juicy acidity, full of memories of red fruits. Harmonious and elegant, leaving a very pleasant feeling.

 
ELABORATION

Made with Tinto Fino, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Malbec.
Grapes selected from 37 different plots of the Ribera del Duero at an altitude of between 750 and 1000 meters.
Movement of grapes by gravity, without pumps and gently.
The grapes arrive destemmed and whole to the tank.
Aged for 12 months in 225-litre Quercus Pyrenaica oak barrels, from different forests.
At the end of the aging, 35 different wines were obtained, depending on the origin of the grape and the type of barrel.
This wine is the final coupage of all of them.
Production: 2915 bottles Magnum.
