TASTING NOTES

ELABORATION
100% Chardonnay variety.
Vinified and aged on its own lees.
Malolactic fermentation is avoided in order to preserve the natural aromas of the fruit and obtain a more ageing process.
Aged for a minimum of 4 years at a constant temperature.
