CATA's notes: - Color: Citrus green
- Nose: Aromatic mixture offers the penetrating and vivid citrus flavor of the Arinto variety combined with the calming mineralization of the Antão Vaz variety
- Mouth: The entrance reveals a very elegant and fruity wine, with a fantastic and refreshing balance.
Elaboration and aging: The harvest takes place in the morning very early after a strict selection to reduce the yield of the fruit to 400kg / ha. The grapes are fermented in stainless barrels for a period of 30 days at 12ºC. The wine is transferred to other barrels where it is filtered at 8ºC before being bottled and taken to the cellar for 6 months before going on sale.
Curiosities:- All wines go through the strictest controls, the entire process is supervised by the winery enologist Nelson Martins .
- The entire range of wines has been rated by the most prestigious critics as Wine Enthusiast Y Robert Parker . Starting at 88 points reaching 94 points and going up.
- Low Sulfites: Due to the high quality of the grapes, Reynolds wines are produced almost free of sulfites. The concentration of fruit and the rigorous hygienic conditions allow the wine to last for decades.
