  • Mouth: The entrance reveals a very elegant and fruity wine, with a fantastic and refreshing balance.
Elaboration and aging:

The harvest takes place in the morning very early after a strict selection to reduce the yield of the fruit to 400kg / ha. The grapes are fermented in stainless barrels for a period of 30 days at 12ºC. The wine is transferred to other barrels where it is filtered at 8ºC before being bottled and taken to the cellar for 6 months before going on sale.

  • All wines go through the strictest controls, the entire process is supervised by the winery enologist Nelson Martins .
  • The entire range of wines has been rated by the most prestigious critics as Wine Enthusiast Y Robert Parker . Starting at 88 points reaching 94 points and going up.
