Curiosities:

Bodegas La Val is located in the heart of the Rías Baixas DO. Founded in 1985, it was one of the projects that led the creation of the same designation of origin. Since their inception they have been driven by their objectives, to make high quality wines, and that is why year after year they seek, hand in hand with innovation, more demanding production processes with better results. In short, one of the great projects on the Atlantic side of our country.

Tasting Note

Color : Lemon yellow with greenish reflections. Very clean and bright.
Nose : Elegant aromas of flowers and fruit white on a background herbaceous .
Mouth : Entrance very fresh and loaded with fruit , with very good acidity and a long ending with memories balsamic .

Preparation and Aging

Grapes harvested in 20 kg boxes, destemmed and gently pressed, racking of the must and subsequent fermentation with native yeasts at a controlled temperature of 16 ºC for 30 days.
