Samboal Verdejo fermented on lees is done exclusively with native yeasts, following the traditional winemaking techniques. Aged on the lees for 8 months in stainless steel tanks and produced in the region famous worldwide for its verdejos.
Sanboal Verdejo looks clean and pure to the eye, with bright golden color. Sanboal is exquisitely elegant and friendly, very complex on the nose, floral and fruity with pleasant aromas on the palate. The low acidity of Sanboal provides balance and allows to easily appreciate its aroma.
