The grapes come from payments predominantly calcareous soils with sandy parts and boulders. This wine broths from various types of quite prolonged maceration, and also pre-fermentation cold maceration. The wine has spent twelve months in new oak barrels, to refine its tannins and highlight some slightly vanilla notes.
