TASTING NOTES
- Appearance: Straw yellow colour with golden reflections.
- Nose: Transparent perfume of white fruit (water pear), stone and exotic fruit and bouquet of flowers with a fresh accent of fine herbs and with the notes of noble aging: vanilla, pastry cream, puff pastry and toast.
- Palate: Full-bodied, constant fluid touch that envelops, lively acidity, long and intense aftertaste with allusions of ripe fruit, spices and smokes.

CURIOSITIES
At Gramona they practice the biodynamic management of the vines with the aim of achieving a more expressive, more concentrated and more complex grape. They seek the integration of the vines in a landscape where energy flows, vital forces are balanced and the quality of the fruit maintains excellence year after year.
In the vineyards of Mas Escorpí, Las Solanas, La Serreta, Bourguignon and Serralet, they harvest the Chardonnay variety. The vines have an average age of thirty years and are planted in a stony and cool soil, with more than forty percent lime.
