Tasting notes:- Bigarreau cherry colour.
- In nose aromas of ripe fruit, very toasted, sweet spices, chocolate.
- In mouth it is powerful, kind and mineral.
Elaboration and Ageing:Aged for approximately 18 months in new French oak barrels. Fermentation takes place in 8,000-litre oak vats, subjecting the grapes to a long, gentle maceration. After devatting, the wine is transferred to the barrel, where it undergoes malolactic fermentation.
